Refund policy
Product photography and Colour Accuracy
Care is taken to ensure colour-accurate product photographs that are as true to the original products as possible, however there is always some variation when it comes to colour calibration between devices. Colour distortion is minimised as far as is reasonably practicable, however colouring of the products received may vary slightly from those seen on the website.
A refund and return will only be issued if the painting or print is faulty or damaged. We cannot accept change of mind returns, so please consider your purchase carefully!
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and remedy it as soon as possible. I want you to love your purchase, so anything I can do to make sure that is the case is my top priority!
Please note that Artworks are photographed before leaving the studio to evidence their condition.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you if your refund request is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
